Things people ask before buying.
Does my file get stored?
Yes. Schedule data and enrichment outputs are stored on the hosting provider's managed Postgres for the lifetime of your account; we purge within 30 days of account closure. We do NOT currently guarantee UK residency during beta — the hosting region is set by the provider. If that's a hard requirement for you, please don't use the beta for production data.
Is RowInsight GDPR-compliant?
We're working to it. We process under legitimate interest for B2B enrichment of public-record information and don't run trackers. A formal ICO registration and signed DPA will follow once a UK Ltd is incorporated — we are currently a private beta operated by the project owner.
Can I add custom data sources?
On the Team plan we'll wire your bordereaux, claims history, or proprietary watchlists into the per-row brief alongside the public sources. Talk to us about scope.
Can I cancel?
Pro is pay-as-you-go — no commitment, cancel any time. Team plans are annual; we'll prorate refunds for unused commitment if you want to leave early.
Is there a free trial of paid features?
Free is the trial. Every feature except the portfolio dashboard is in Free — there's just a 10 rows/month cap so you can drive a real schedule end-to-end before paying anything.
